Straight talk: this is a subscription that gets you access to a library of business courses. Here's the fine print, written so you'll actually read it.

1. What you're signing up for

Guru Academy gives you access to a library of courses on e-commerce, marketing, and related business skills, either individually (some are free to browse) or in full through a VIP subscription. We license this content, we don't manufacture it out of thin air — some of it comes from other creators, some is ours, all of it is meant for you to learn from, not to repackage and sell yourself.

2. Your account

• One account per person. We limit signups per IP address specifically to stop people from spinning up throwaway accounts to dodge paying or to get around a ban — if that's not what you're doing, you'll never notice this rule exists.
• You're responsible for whatever happens under your login. Don't share your password, don't share your account with your buddy who doesn't want to pay $29.
• Give us a real email. It's how VIP confirmations, password resets, and important notices reach you.

3. VIP, payments, and cancelling

• VIP is $29/month, billed monthly, until you cancel. No annual lock-in, no hidden step-up pricing.
• You can pay by credit card or crypto. Crypto payments are confirmed on-chain and can't be reversed once sent — double-check the amount and address before you pay.
• Cancel any time and you'll keep access until the end of the period you already paid for. We don't do refunds for partial months, but we also don't trap you in anything.
• Manually-granted VIP (promos, giveaways, admin adjustments) works the same way and can be adjusted or ended at our discretion.

4. What you can't do

This is the part that matters most, because it's the reason some accounts get blocked:

• No downloading, ripping, screen-recording for redistribution, or reuploading course content anywhere else.
• No scraping the site, hammering the video endpoints with tools/bots, or using download-manager extensions on the video player. We actively monitor for this and it's not a courtesy — accounts caught doing it get blocked, no warning shot.
• No reselling, sharing, or "splitting the cost" of a single VIP account across multiple people.
• No harassment, spam, or posting links/scams in the lesson discussions, forum, or DMs — see the discussion rules for specifics. Repeat offenders lose posting access.

5. It's educational, not a guarantee

Every course here teaches skills and strategies that have worked for someone, somewhere. That doesn't mean they'll work for you, or that you'll make any specific amount of money, or any money at all. Business takes work, market conditions change, and results depend entirely on what you actually do with the material. Nothing on this site is financial, legal, or tax advice — treat it as education, and make your own calls (or talk to a professional) before you spend real money on anything a course recommends.

6. We can suspend or ban accounts

If you violate these terms, especially the anti-piracy stuff in section 4, we can suspend or permanently ban your account, revoke VIP without a refund, and block the IP/device associated with it. We'd rather not, but we will.

7. Changes

We update these terms occasionally as the platform changes. If we make a change that meaningfully affects you, we'll try to give you a heads-up (site notice, Discord, or email). Continuing to use the site after a change means you're good with the new version.
